How to Make Sure You're Doing the Right Things

The Pareto principle says that the 20% of whatever you're doing leaves to 80% ofwhatever you're trying to accomplish. If it's business, 20% of your time will go to 80%. And I'm taking care of the right people and taking care of myself is going to be a big piece of this as well. So without a shadow of a doubt, all business leaders should be looking at for themselves, but also for their team.
