You have to put yourself in a position where you can measure your impact at jobs. It's important to set that tone when you first get to the company and say, I want to know how the business works. What impact do I have? What does my work section have on the company? How is our impact measured? "I've been very lucky. This job and my previous job have both been places where we put together OKRs"
