Video Editing - The Kin Burns Effect

When i was getting my animation degree, they er, i don't know what they call it, i think they call im. The same thing in video games stuff, as they call them, keep alive when somebody is effectively motionless but you still have to animate them so that they look like they're alive. And we even do the same kind of thing in video editing. We'll use us still, and that still is on the screen, a, we'll put film grain over it so that, like, the, it continues to look like video footage. Instead of looking like, i like, your video had just stopped, it begots gran moves from frame to frame.
