The first deal literally just kind of fell in my lap. The second deal, I was already selling mortgages,. And so, you know, I needed to replace my income, obviously. So let me go out and buy this. After doing several deals, I realized if I want to do more deals, the easiest way is for me to train some other folks then invest in them. It's been a lot of six years; it's hilarious.
