Bitcoin Is Always Secure

The network has no idea that we've attached a value to these UTXOs. That's also why I would say Bitcoin is always secure. It will never not be secure because this whole concept of energy expenditure is just handled by the network. As long as the incentives don't change because they were set up correctly in 2009, Bitcoin will always be secure.
