Cooking Quality Meals in Centralized Kitchens
Sylvia and DiPa agree that of the two options meals cooked in centralized kitchens are generally better. Sylvia: There is a lot of strength in having the cooks being local because there is one you can actually make them accountable. You can see who's cooking. Usually the cooks when they're local their children are going to the same school. So it's in their best interest to cook a decent quality meal.
