There's a lot of chan tappiing in this country on all fronts. And it's a play also into demographic shifts, which are both generational and psychographic,. as well as ethlic. In the structure side, there's a tremendous amount of opportunity, and we've seen a lot of interesting projects and companies in that space. That's not, historically, where forerunner has really showed up. We've been, again, bore on the front line as it relates to the consumer.
