Do You Conform to the Group?
In evolutionary speaking group means safety and group means protection from outside threats but also it means access to resources so imagine how much stronger this effect is when you're in a work environment. You have a very strong incentive to conform to the group even though you might think or you might know that the group is wrong. It helps with regard to creativity if you have a room of people individuals that are given a task and have to come up with as many creative solutions to this task as possible individually write it down a piece of paper. The answer might be surprising because of team bias it's not because you know teams are bad and you know we don't like working with people no we love working with people
