I remember thinking, God, that couldn't be more perfect because that was Tony Blair. He knew he was right. This happened globally. He became the salesman for this war. George W. Bush was tongue-tied and clumsy,. But the global advocate of this change was him. And suddenly, Britain really was punching above its weight.
