walter block: I think the distinction of looking before was a crons versus vices. Moral versus legal, yes, moral versus legal. And simly, i think blackmail is a vice, but i don't think it should be a crime. But from a pragmatic, utilitarin point of view, if nobody ever gave anyone any money when they were held up by a gunman, there'd be no more gunmen.
