Casey Anthony - Is She Guilty?

Casey anthony was charged with first degree murder in the disappearance and death of her daughter. She also faced aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child and forcounts of providing false information to law enforcement. The prosecution had to prove that she made a conscious decision to kill them at some point before they committed the act. It really does come down to this question of premeditation. There just more proof that we are living in assimulation.
