i'm a proponent of the phone, and i came up through the phone ranks because before the internet and e mail, that's what we did. And we still use postcards to day, just for your audience, but yes, what we do now is, since we're smarter with more, more tools in our tool kit,. We use a email phone, direct mail, postcards, a taxiting, whatever we need to kind of warm up that chill. So you're not really cold when you're doing all that. You're warming them up. It helps you build apor before you get on the phone.
