Building a Podcast Community
The squad cast community decided that they wanted to meet on slack and that meant that some people needed to use slack for the first time. The more niche and different the topic of your podcast is the more likely that a similar community doesn't exist or perhaps not enough of them exist. Education needs to be often and thorough what i particularly want to build into my community initiatives are webinars on how to best take advantage of Squad Cast community initiatives.
