Climbing Exercises - Do You Have Homework?

The first thing that I would definitely recommend is just building that awareness. So like noticing, what are you saying to yourself that is negative that might be building into your belief? Like the more you say that to yourself, you're going to start believing it. And then if you're looking for like a climbing exercise that people can apply to their climbing right away, I think one of my most favorite and athlete favorites is definitely the like, I call it like a one-up thoughts. It's really simple, like just introducing another thought that supersedes that thought.
