People usually have some sort of trailhead that's like something they can tell they're really sort of stuck on or where they have internal conflict about it. And then there's kind of an iterative process where the idea is that you want to do kind of like a depth first, go into one part and really kind of untangle things from there. The way that you can get this sort of actually full emotional picture of what's going on is if you can get all the other parts to step aside.
