The Importance of Selfless Deeds
There's the idea that there's no truly selfless deed. Every deed is selfish, at least to some degree, because you could say like that every motivation that a human being acts on isn't some degree motivated by their own self interest. Even good deeds makes us feel good as another way of putting it, either because we've absorbed a cultural superstition about it or just plain bad karma. That's just simply a manifestation of the fact that the collective is always imposing its morality upon the individuals in the collective.
