The Benefits of Having Super Shoes for Your Workouts

Roxanne Jones: I think for running in particular, this is essentially a super shoes thing. Some athletes are negative responders to super shoes where some athletes get like 6% from super shoes. She says even if you're just doing a few speed workouts, it's worth having one pair of super shoes that you break out for those sessions. "Super shoes are going to evolve and especially as we apply them in the training context," she says.
