The Importance of Getting Self Reported Data From Developers

There are two different mytherologies. One is the system metric, and the other one is self reported measures. You only get a very limited understanding of the developer ex ence if you only look at system data. And so really organizations need to move toward getting self reported data from developers in order to get a holistic understanding of developer experience.
