Is the World in on the Pansi Scheme?

Is it fair to say that the whole world is in on the pansi scheme, and that china has been such a huge source for steel? Yok. Food, commodities, energy commodities. A lot of that is because chinas consume more steel in the last ten years than most o the rest of the world did. So in some ways, doesn't the world sort of need china to stay on the treadmill like that? Do you think it's and were we're starting to get over time?"
