The German System for Germans, Right?

Germans see themselves as having a homogeneous culture, which they call light culter. And so there is this very strong idea that you have to relinquish parts of your identity to fit in. Women told me that they were denied jobs at a day care because it would send the wrong message to the children about women with jabs. Some people will not want to assimilate, and therefore will never be part of our country. It's just the way that things work.
