The Benefits of Bake Sales in New York City
The pop-ups are a big part of your presence in the pastry world in New York. The bake sales that you do as well are so big benefiting Planned Parenthood and Bridge of Alliance. Do you think people that are bakers are more likely to be involved in things like this or why is this something that's flourishing? Yeah. I mean this is definitely something I think a lot about because you know every time I produce a bake sale I'm like reaching out and asking stuff for my peers.
