Is an Amicus Brief a Good Idea?

The BA filed an important brief in Wahi and it's an SEC action on insider trading at Coinbase. An amicus brief is a unique opportunity to do that because normally you know the parties are really the only ones with the voices in the lawsuit but an amicus which means friend of the court. So we have an opportunity to insert ourselves or insert our voice into the lawsuit and put more information in front of the judge.
