The Importance of Mental Health Support in Startups
I think it's a question of taking it seriously. This sort of you know war on drugs era 60 year ago kind of narrative that like psychedelics in particular are bad is an old narrative that has now been proven by research to be wrong and so what you also have is a lot of very smart people who build these companies looking for treatments that work for depression. I just think the true drive right now is to have to admit that the data and it's just a truth about the system It's not a well if we could ask for more normal you know should we fix the system? That seems odd to me.
