What Is Lockean Natural Law?

Rothbard developed an intricate, almost scholastic philosophy of market exchange that derived economic freedom and property rights from Lockean natural law. Rothbard has never said that we need a quote perfectly stable money in order for the economy to work. She doesn't know economics, so she's using these words. I think she's trying to sound smart.
