The Day of Yahweh
Miller says the prophet announces that Yahweh has mustered a great army to wipe out the whole earth. The heavenly army is summoned from the ends of the heavens, he says. Miller: There can be no equivocation over the fact that the prophet announces a day of destruction in which the divine army of Yahweh and possibly other armies will carry on a holy war of judgment.
