The Importance of Systems of Work on Mental Health
There is that sort of learning curve of am, people making a shift from thinking about mental health as an individual clinical problem to actually understanding that there are organizational drivers that contribute to mental health. I'm genuinely curious as to to how bonafied some of those bigger employers will be to make soch a wholesale system changes to the way in which work is organized. O, i think these are the sort of more fundamental things which will test the bona fides, quite frankly, of employers around here.
