The Demons of Ben Smith
The phrase that's mighty white of you. was a phrase that people used as late as the 80s and probably died of a very deserved death not long after saying like if you were magnanimous or you were sort of decent or whatever. The first paragraph of this story is literally five words that are almost contrary to that which is what everybody wants to talk about. This reminds me of a world that we no longer live in and that's strange.
