The Rotator Cable and Shoulder Function

There are structures within the shoulder, within the rotator cuff. One of them is called the rotator cable. And this mechanism potentially may allow the shoulder to still function because you've got muscle and tenderness tissue more medial than the cable. So that would be one potential hypothesis. There are a number of mechanisms that may allow the cuff challenged or cuff deficient shoulder to move.
