The Taliban have really just become a more traditional organized crime group that are trafficking these drugs processing them increasingly inside Afghanistan and then trafficking them over the border. There's also a domestic market for this as well I think this by like it's something something near 10 percent yeah. Users in Kabul would say there was absolutely no issue of of supply but since they announced the ban the prices had went up  but they can still get both meth and heroin just as easily.
