The Big Mindset Shift From Output to Output

The common anti-passant here at organizations is a relentless focus on the output, but with hardly any focus at all on the outcome. So this is a big mindset shift from output to outcomes. And this includes experimentation and experimentation mindset because change is unique. Change is unknowable. There are unknown unknowns. We don't know what we don't know. The only way to learn is by doing. It's not about milestones in a project plan. That is not the definition of success. Have we actually added a value and are we adding thin slices of value?
