The Importance of Spiritual Warfare in Parenting

I want my kids to gaze upon the cross to love Jesus. But at some point in their development, they do need to become aware that they have an enemy. I don't want to create an environment that is fear driven. If we see this on TV or hear that word, then the enemy is going to assault us. And as parents, it's probably wise to go, wait, these years are really crucial in the spiritual development of our kids.
