I Don't Want to Look Like That Guy

There's a theory that exposure to western eyes media, like our social media cane lower people's levels of body satisfaction. There are some research papers where what they will do to show people certain images of other people and basically get them fill in a survey ad see how they feel. And yet, not everyone looks at social media and thinks this fucks me up. But at least for a sub-set of people, comparing yourself to other people and feeling shit off the back of others is really bad. I i have so many opinions on this you might have to tell me to stop talking. I'm red. Kate.
