Dr. David Straus is a retired Professor of 32 years for the Division of Microbiology & Immunology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He has completed extensive research in microbiology of indoor/outdoor air, the effects of the inhalation of fungal spores, the detection of mycotoxins in indoor air, the neurotoxicity of Stachybotrys, and sick building syndrome.
