Fasted Training for Athletes

More is not necessarily more when it comes to fasted training you don't have to like go crazy about it. For less fit athletes you will be in less danger by doing them completely fasted with no supplementation at all. Having good carbohydrate availability is absolutely critical obviously starting the rides very early in the morning poses some challenges but it is possible to get around them.
