How to Give Yourself a Feel Good List

Almost everyone responded to the survey. The physical symptom was one yed that really across almost all of those surveyed. Also, sadly, which i didn't experience, was not being able to have time to grief. Prepare yourself with a feel good list for when you need a bit joy but don't have the band width to think of what to do. Create a list of things that bring you comfort, and make sure you can access it anywhere. Make sure they range from quick and easy, like standing in the sun for five minutes, to long and leisurely, like going for a big walk.
