Is There a Difference Between Advanced Hypnosis and Psychedelic Therapy?
Dr. Patterson: Some of this sounds very similar to some of the psychedelic therapy that's happening right now. I lost a son over last year and I decided I'd been referring some of my terminal patients to psychedelic therapy, but I decided to pursue it myself in Denver with two top-notch therapists. And I was amazed at how much similarity there is to the way I do advanced hypnosis. We get into trouble by focusing on the past and the future, which are both illusions of the mind.
