Building Relationships With Stakeholders
When you start a new job, the main focus should be relationships. Don't get trapped in trying work on just current valieses and trying to get stuff out really quickly. Work on releases and try to get some work off with your back lot ther you can kind of show for yourself. But don't get too excited about just jumping right into work because probably that's going to bite you in the ass later on.
