What Are the Causes of Belly Fat?

There are two common hormonal reasons that we get belly fat one is menopause and menopause tends to put on weight not just on the belly but around the waist in general. That extra weight is how our fat cells take over producing estrogen from what was previously being done in our ovaries so it's kind of a natural change one that most of us don't relish. The other big hormonal reason increasing your burn with your exercise interestingly cold showers can increase brown fat that increases metabolism even when you're resting. Those are some of the things that you can do if that weight has crept on around your waist and in your belly and your menopausal ears.
