Is There a Need for More Apprenticeships?
I'm more and more convinced that we need more apprentices because there's going to be more and more empty churches. I was at a conference recently and there was five churches represented without a pastor. So they're just looking for someone to preach every week, let alone training at a pastor. We just need more ministry workers in that space as well.
