How Can CFOs Prevent the Great Resignation?
Anker: For some of the CFOs, the great resignation has hit them particularly hard. But it can also be a great opportunity for finance teams to look for non-traditional backgrounds and attract them within finance function. One CFO told me he is increasingly going out and looking for folks who have industry experience but don't have finance experience. Anker: Why not prepare for that future by at least having a part of your finance talent pool with those skills?
