The Importance of Feeling for Performance Slash Through Nutrition

I've always been interested in that whole teamwork aspect and working with a bunch of other health professionals to achieve goals. I would say from my profession looking outwards, there seems to be a greater awareness of the importance of feeling for performance slash through nutrition than ever before. When I first started on this journey, I don't think that the hype and the information sharing and the platforms that are available were as great as they now are. So there's lots of great things about it. There obviously are some not so great things about all that but people taking an interest in their health can only have good flow and effects for their health later down the track as well.
