Enron was an enormous, famous and successful energy trading company based in houston that perpetrated one of the biggest accounting frauds in history. In two thousand three a researcher at m i t paid ten thousand dollars for the material, which became known as the enron corpus. You can read the actual emailes with people's names and all the information. It's extraordinary. And speaking of cautionary tails, i use it as a cationary tal for myself and my daughters.
