The Importance of Setting Context in Coaching
A lot of people come into coaching and even coaches have this where they want to make change. But it's as if the change is kind of layered over the top of the fragmentation you're describing or it's a way of trying to find a place where certainly I'll feel okay. The only way change happens in an individual is by being more fully here. And real change anyway, I think nine times out of 10 or more is unimaginable when we start.
