What's Funny About the Parrot Sketch?

It's hard to say in a sort of objective way exactly what's funny about it. The fact that it's a parrot is a fairly funny animal, I suppose. But there aren't specific jokes, there aren't like word jokes or anything going on here. It's more just attitude and surprise and things like that.
