How Much Immersion Can Help You Acquire a Good Accent?

She says just enough immersion will never arily help somebody have a native accent, unless they're quite lucky to already be fluent in another language. A big issue is that when you're listening to a second language, you may not have a the right ear for it. And then when you reproduce it, it might not match up perfectly.
