It's the harrowing stories that have really kind of hit home with so many people out there. One woman we spoke to at length yesterday, charlotte cheshire er, who is one of the original families to plain about the trust. She has a lovely boy called adam. He's 11, but he has the developmental age of three. And she claims that that is all the result of the lack of care she received when she gave birth to him. When he was born, she was told he was healthy and bright, and within hours, the doctors ascertained that he wasn't.
