I take the security concerns of our Baltic friends very seriously, but every time they tell me that, we told you so. So I really don't expect to see any sort of seed change in their thinking. If you live next door to Russia, there was the same problem I had with Ukraine before the war is that if you really believe this is a problem, why aren't you spending so much more on your own defense?
