Nudge or Coercion?

Nelix is a sort of all you can eat model. They're regulated by a federal law called the video privacy protection act, which limits the ways that they can use that information. i think it's important for us to focus on, what does choice architecture look like? And i think it reveals, actually, the vulnerability of human choice to those who are in the position to set up such interfaces.
