The Importance of Refusal in Horse Racing
There is a bit of a, I don't know if it's a caveat that we saw in badminton. It's that when we train horses that they're not allowed to refuse and we make it more of a punishment for them to refuse the knot. So there's stuff that needs to happen up front as well, that it's not a last minute. Maybe we should start doing this earlier in the training of a competition horse regardless of what type of competition. And then I'm kind of thinking should we just need to redo the entire? But do we need to like redo the way we reward points in these competitions?"
