Is Sperm Counts Falling?

Do we need to know the answer to whether sperm counts are falling? That's a really good question. I think it would give one more element of evidence to whether male reproductive health is under the level of crisis that we think. It's going to take more than just good science, it almost takes a good political will to get behind this. We can never go back in time and check sperm counts from the past using modern techniques. To some extent it's a question that we are always going to be debating and never completely resolved.
